Tax Increment
financing is a tool which cities can use to encourage development
by using the tax increment from new development projects to
finance certain elegible costs of the project. Administered
by the City of Barnesville.

This is not a loan program.

of Funds: Land acquisition, demolition, site preparation,
public improvements, planning, legal, administrative and bonding.
